My goal is to provide an exceptional value for the families who decide to enroll in a subscription plan.  The cost of the annual plan will be lower than hiring me for the same number of individual portrait sessions.  I am using the idea of an monthly subscription, where you earn a credit every month, based on a subscription price. 

 

Plan options:

Biannual Full Package: $60 per month or $720 per year. Two full 60 minute sessions with 20 digital images per session (Value $950)

Quarterly Full Package: $90 per month or $1080 per year. Four Full 60 minute sessions with 20 digital images per session. (Value $1900)

Biannual Mini Package: $30 per month or $360 per year. Two themed mini sessions 20 minutes long with 10 digital images. (Value $500) *Two half credits*

Quarterly Mini Package $65 per month or $780 per year. Four themed mini sessions 20 minutes long with 10 digital images. (Value $1000) *Four half credits*

My goal is to have a comprehensive plan where you get a wonderful assortment of family photos, but there are several things I feel that it's very important to clarify right at the outset.  Here are some 'terms and conditions:'

• This offer is only available for up to a maximum of eight families.  I'm afraid if I take on more than that, scheduling sessions will be too challenging.  If, after a period of time it becomes obvious that I could accommodate more, I plan to open up more subscription opportunities.

• Each FULL session credit can be used for a family, motherhood, newborn or maternity portrait session 60 minutes long. (If you purchase a mini package you get one half credit per 20 minute session. So if you choose to do two minis and one full session that is an option that is available.)

• Credits may not be applied to events or parties as I do not photograph events.

• Credits may be 'stacked' if you would like to have one 2 to 3 hour session, instead of two shorter ones however, this does not apply to large groups like extended family sessions.

• Each session will be delivered to you via a web gallery.  Your subsequent sessions will be added to the same gallery, and you will keep adding extra 'tabs' to that gallery, to build one large online library of family photos over the years.  I will keep your gallery active as long as you are subscribed as a family.  And, if at any point you want to download the entire contents of your gallery, that is very easy to do.  I encourage everyone to keep downloaded copies, because the more copies we have saved across various platforms, the more protection you have from ever losing a photo.

• In addition to the web gallery, I can create a personalized cell phone app which will give you all of your photos on your phone or tablet, for quick and easy access to all your family photos!

• You will have access through the online gallery to download web-resolution and full sized digital files for all of your social media sharing needs.

• Prints, albums, and all other 'products' with the images will be available at a 10% discount below the normal rate for print items.

• In conjunction with the subscription, there will be a referral program for each of the families enrolled.  For every two referrals that lead to a paid bookings, we'll add an extra half credit to your subscription for the year.

• If you need more sessions than  what is included in your package, I can pro-rate additional credits.  The additional credits may be of interest with families with more children.

• Booking is on a first come first served basis.

• Subscription sessions cannot be booked on major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, etc.) 

• I am a mom with two children at home so scheduling week days need to be done in advance at least 2-4 weeks so I can have a sitter available to watch my kids.

• You have two options for payment, either a recurring payment monthly, or a lump-sum for the year.

• The planned frequency for sessions is roughly either one every six months or one every three months.  If you envision 'stacking' a large portion of your sessions into a particular month or time of year, please discuss that with me in advance, so we make sure it fits in the schedule.

• We can carry a credit over if you want to save it for the next quarter.  We can also 'borrow against' an upcoming quarter, and use it early, with the understanding that the subscription obviously can't be canceled while 'in the hole" for session credits.
